Q1: How about the quality of your products?
We take quality very seriously. Our garment and bag factories are located in Yiwu, a hub for manufacturing. With advanced automatic equipment in place, we minimize the chances of errors and ensure consistency in quality. The factory manager has over 20 years of experience in the industry, and we only work with trusted suppliers who have been rigorously tested.

Before shipment, we will provide TOP samples for your approval. Each production undergoes quality inspections during and after production, as well as a final check before packaging. If you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to assist you!

In addition to our own factory, we have established a robust supply chain by partnering with high-quality suppliers, enabling us to offer a wider range of products for your business.

Q3: What products do you offer?
Our main focus is on clothing, bags, hats, blankets, and simple shoes, produced in our own factory. However, to ensure a broader selection for our customers, we collaborate with various factories each month, conducting test orders and building up inventory.

We offer RTS (Ready-to-Ship) products, which are available immediately. Check out our regularly updated catalog for the latest offerings. If you have specific styles in mind, feel free to send us images—we’ll check our inventory and, if needed, work with you to manufacture it.

Q4: How does your customization service work?
We make your vision come to life! Share your ideas, product pictures, or sketches with us, and we’ll select fabrics based on your requirements. We’ll then create samples for your approval, and also provide you with mockups.

In addition to producing exclusive designs, we can also add your logo and labels. Whatever your customization needs are, don’t hesitate to let us know—we’re here to collaborate and create together!

Q5: What is your typical delivery time?
Delivery times vary based on order size and product type:

• Stock items: 2-7 days

• Custom orders: Typically 12-30 days, depending on the complexity and quantity.

Shipping options:

• Express shipping (FedEx, DHL, UPS): 5-7 business days

• Air Freight: 9-12 business days

• Sea Freight: 20-30 business days

Q6: How are your products packed?
Each product is individually packed in an OPP bag, then securely packed in cartons. For bulkier items, we use vacuum or compression packaging. Fragile items are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent damage during transit.

We aim to keep packaging volume manageable for easier handling. If you have specific packing requirements or need custom markings, please let us know—we’re happy to accommodate!

Q7: Do you offer any after-sales support?

Yes, we offer full after-sales support! If you have any issues with your order, whether it's related to the quality, delivery, or packaging, please reach out to us. Our customer service team is here to help and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. 

Q8: Can I request a sample before placing a large order?
Absolutely! We understand how important it is to see and feel the product before committing to a larger order. Simply request a sample, and we will send it to you for approval. If you're happy with the sample, we can proceed with your bulk order.

Q9: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We offer flexible MOQ options, depending on the product type. For certain products, we can accommodate smaller orders, while for others, a higher MOQ may apply. Please contact us directly with your specific needs, and we'll work with you to find a solution that suits your business.
